After having Jim fit our kitchen floor, we went straight to the Carpet and floor store for a carpet for our office, great price and fitted promptly! Love the carpet! Then we needed a new carpet for our stairs and hall landing, again, carpet and floor store recommended a selection of carpets suitable for stairs, again fitted promptly and love the carpet! Finally we have just had a carpet fitted in our livingroom and dining room, love love love it! Fitted perfectly on top of wooded flooring and still has a lovely cozy feeling. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff!! Thank you!!!

The carpet and floor store was recommended to my by a friend after I mentioned I needed carpets quickly . I called to arrange a home visit for a quote. Jim arrived on time with samples, he measured up and called me back a few hours later with a quote which was fantastic but even better was the fact that I’d mentioned to Jim I was working a tight schedule. He arranged the fitting for 2 days later and completed it all in one day. Can’t recommend them enough for prompt, efficient professional service and I’ll definitely be using him in future..

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Popped into the showroom on Monday, also managed to have my house measured on the Monday and carpets and linolium were laid on the Wed/Thu. I was kept updated at all times and the finished job looks amazing. I would highly recommend.

We got Moduleo flooring in our Bathroom and are delighted with it. Very professional fitting by Gary and looks great. Also, we had bought flooring separately ourselves and Jim kindly organised for someone to fit that for us too at a price. Good customer service, reasonably priced and would recommend. Cheers

The service you get at the Carpet and Floor Store in Kirkintilloch is top class
from start to finish. We were totally unsure which flooring to use in our
kitchen. Gary and Melissa were so informative and patient as we went from
one colour to another, and from tile to vinyl and back again. We were given
lots of assorted samples, and there was no pressure at any stage. Jim got
involved too and helped us make the best possible choice. He helped iron out
a hiccup with manufacturers, assisting us as if we were family. Alan then
made a wonderful job of fitting our off-white Karndean flooring. They really
are all the loveliest of people and we would recommend you go there without
hesitation. Thanks for all your friendliness and help. Friends forever.
